How to make simple jaggery

Material

  • Tapioca flour: 60 grams
  • Dry rice flour: 300 grams
  • Jaggery: 200 grams
  • Whole grain rice: 85 grams
  • Filtered water: 250 ml
  • Fresh coconut water: 450 ml
  • Salt: a little bit
  • Backing Powder: 1 teaspoon

How to make jaggery

Step 1

Use a clean bowl to remove the rice wine and remove the splintered spoon. Then, take about 85 grams of water and the pureed.

Step 2

Take a large bowl, add tapioca flour + rice flour + salt and the mixture of rice wine is pureed into. Then add the filtered water slowly and stir until the mixture mixes well. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and keep overnight for bubbling.

Step 3

Mince jaggery sugar and cook together with 450ml of fresh coconut water, cook until sugar dissolves and then turn off the heat to cool, pour the entire mixture into a bowl of flour, add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and mix and continue to keep 3-4 language.

Step 4

After 4 hours of incubation, the mixture bubbled up and then the dough was satisfactory. Divide the dough into small pieces, spread a little non-stick cooking oil, but fill only two-thirds of the mold because when cooked, the bread will expand again. Cook the water in the steamer thoroughly and then arrange the molds into the steamer for 7-10 minutes to soften the cakes.

Finally, wait for the cake to cool completely then remove the cake from the mold. To give the flavor of jaggery beef cake more flavor, please eat bread with coconut milk and sesame.
